To me, a mail club is long-form creativity. Thereβs magic in the bursts of inspiration that spawn one-off paintings, but earlier this year I completed a series of seven Cat & Cyclops paintings that revived my joy for working on an evolving, themed project. It uses my whole brain instead of just creating on impulse, and allows me to inject a motif with my funky-abstract-figurative style. The Almost Human Mail Club is a way for me to share this project with you. Iβm excited to see the series come to life month after month, year after year!
